1. To access the deck boxes in the backyard for beach chairs, deck cushions, and other amenities, use the key labeled “DECK BOXES” in the key dish on the entryway table. Please return all items to their deck boxes when done, lock the boxes and return the key to the key dish for our/next guest use. 2. Bungalow Park is a quiet, safe, family neighborhood, and while we strive to be the best hosts you've had, we also strive to host guests who are respectful of our home and neighbors. We have noise sensors to ensure noise does not exceed a reasonable level, which provide time-stamped decibel readings, they do not record in any way. We also have a comprehensive security system with outdoor cameras for your safety, their safety, and ours, and an alarm system which you will have access to during your stay. *There is a 10PM city wide noise ordinance. Please be kind and considerate of our neighbors and adhere to quiet hours: 10pm-8am. This is not a party house, it is our home. 3. Occupancy: The Bungalow comfortably sleeps 6. We have one couch and one pack and play crib for children. We know plans change, friends and family may want to join you, and we'd love to have them! But please stay within our max occupancy, and inform us of any welcomed additions to your reservation so we can register all guests, and provide the best experience possible. 4. Per Atlantic City, we are not permitted to host groups under the age of 21. We hope our space fits your needs :) *Please excuse the lawn, it was recently reseeded. The sprinklers are set to run for 15 minutes, 3 times a day. If they impede upon your stay, please let us know and we will disable them. Please do not manually turn off the outside faucets. Thank you for your cooperation, we hope to have a plush green lawn in no time. Beyond The Bungalow The city is bursting with year round attractions for everyone, at every age! Grab some chairs and relax while the kids play in the sand or take a swim. There are all kinds of water sport lessons and rentals available, restaurants, arcades, rides and more along the beaches and boardwalk. Looking to lay low? Our fully furnished deck is sun drenched and affords you a quiet space with little more than the sound of birds chirping and kids playing in the park. The Boardwalk: 2-4 minute car ride / 10-12 minute walk. The Beach: 4 minute drive / 15 minute walk. Steel Pier: 5 minute drive / 15 minute walk along the boardwalk Atlantic City Aquarium: 3 minute drive Bungalow Beach Bar: 10 minute drive Doc’s Oyster House: 8 minute drive Lucky Snake and Go Kart Track: 4 minute drive The Orange Loop: 6 minute drive Hard Rock Casino Hotel: 5 minute drive Borgata Casino: 4 min drive Bally’s Casino: 8 min drive Tanger Outlets: 6 min drive Ocean Casino Resort: (the closest casino to our house and my personal favorite!) - 4 min drive, with free parking outside, self park parking garage or valet.
